Live Commerce Coordinator
We are looking for a driven and detail-obsessed LIVE Commerce Coordinator to own and manage TikTok Shop LIVE operations for Sunny Health & Fitness. This role is responsible for both Brand LIVEs and Creator LIVEs — from planning and scheduling to execution, performance tracking, and optimization. Responsibilities
Brand LIVEs
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all Sunny Health & Fitness brand LIVE sessions on TikTok Shop
Build and manage LIVE scripts, run-of-show documents, product showcase order, and talking points
Coordinate talent, hosts, and internal team members for each LIVE session
Set up and manage LIVE studio logistics — equipment, backdrop, product staging, and tech setup
Monitor real-time performance during LIVEs (viewers, GMV, ATC, conversions) and make in-session adjustments
Manage in-LIVE promotions, flash deals, pinned products, and coupon activations through Seller Center
Ensure products are properly listed, priced, and linked before every session goes live
Creator LIVEs
Identify, recruit, and onboard creators to host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions featuring Sunny products
Brief creators on products, talking points, promotional offers, and brand guidelines ahead of each LIVE
Coordinate product seeding and sample fulfillment for creator LIVE hosts
Schedule and maintain a creator LIVE calendar to ensure consistent session frequency
Monitor creator LIVE performance and pull post-session reporting on GMV, viewers, and conversions
Maintain ongoing relationships with LIVE creators — follow up, provide feedback, and retain top performers
Reporting & Optimization
Track and report weekly LIVE performance metrics — GMV, peak viewers, ATC rate, conversion rate, session duration
Identify top-performing products, price points, and content formats across both Brand and Creator LIVEs
Collaborate with the social commerce and marketing teams to align LIVE strategy with broader campaigns and promotions
Stay current on TikTok LIVE trends, competitor LIVE strategies, and platform feature updates
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in TikTok LIVE, live streaming commerce, social commerce, or influencer/creator management
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center — LIVE setup, product linking, promotions
Strong understanding of LIVE commerce metrics — GMV, ATC rate, conversion rate, peak viewers, session duration
Experience coordinating or hosting LIVE sessions, either brand-side or creator-side
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and LIVE schedules simultaneously
Comfortable working in real-time, high-pressure environments where things change fast
Clear, direct communicator — with creators, internal teams, and leadership
Proficient in Excel for tracking, scheduling, and reporting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Passion for fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus
