What We're Looking For
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators.
- Manage affiliate platform operations, performance tracking, and partner communications.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with creators, fitness communities, corporate wellness programs, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product seeding, and partnership activations.
- Analyze affiliate performance and recommend strategies to grow revenue and acquisition.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or partnership management is preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable building relationships with external partners.
